The India Workforce Health & Productivity Benchmark is being developed around doctoral research through the Mumbai School of Economics and Public Policy, University of Mumbai.

What the letter establishes

The letter recognises the doctoral study titled “The Economic Impact of Workforce Health in India”, being undertaken by Shail Kapri through the Mumbai School of Economics and Public Policy under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Manisha Karne.

It describes the work as a structured, outcomes-oriented engagement intended to help participating enterprises assess and understand productivity-linked indicators within their own organisations over a 90-day period.

It specifically encourages industries, corporate houses, manufacturing units, service enterprises, MSMEs, industrial parks and institutional employers in Maharashtra and across India to extend support by enrolling in the programme and partnering with the research effort.
